Resort‑Wide IT Modernization

At a 25‑acre resort, legacy networks, analog telephony, fragile servers, and siloed communications created outages and slow guest services. We rebuilt the core: a unified Meraki network over new fiber, clustered servers with hybrid DR, Mitel IP telephony, UPS + generator power, a SharePoint intranet, and a modern guest TV platform integrated with the PMS. 1.5 MW Genset Integration

A critical project connected a 1.5 MW generator to a Raw Water Supply under strict client standards. We led delivery end‑to‑end: SDRL compliance, rigorous document control, stakeholder alignment, contractor oversight, and clean change management through to invoicing.
